The Economic Opportunity Act of 1964 created Community Action Agencies to combat poverty in the United States. Opportunities, Inc., your local Community Action Agency was incorporated in 1965. We hold a distinguished history of positive action in the communities we serve. As a private, non-profit Community Action Agency with over 55 years of operational experience, we continue to strive for excellence as we fulfill our mission. Opportunities, Inc. is in North Central Montana, serving low-income individuals in six counties: Cascade, Choteau, Glacier, Pondera, Teton, and Toole.
